Key Reminders for Textbook Collection / Yearbook Distribution

This is the same reminder that was sent out last night with a couple more additions.  Anything new has been highlighted in blue.  Thank you.

Students will turn in their textbooks, athletic uniforms, and other school items at several drive thru stations by date / time / last name as listed below.

Students will have access (if needed) to their personal and/or PE lockers.  Students who need to go to their locker must wear a mask.  

Students will be able to pick up their yearbook.  To be as efficient as possible, please bring your ID card with you.  It will make the distribution process easier.  

All vehicles will enter the parking lot from the north parking lot entrance (by 85 Degrees).  Entrance via the Cypress signal will be closed.

We’ve established a walk up station for students who do not have a ride.  If you must walk to school to turn in your textbooks, please wear a mask.  The walk up station is located near the front entrance to campus.

Textbook / School Materials Collection & Yearbook Distribution Dates

• Wednesday, July 22 - Sophomores (Class of 2023)

  • Any student in any grade level may drop off textbooks, class materials, instruments, uniforms, etc on Wednesday.  If possible please adhere to the times listed below to keep the process efficient.  Most students have been completing the entire process in under 10 minutes.

If you have students in multiple grades, you do not need to come on separate days for each child.  Choose whichever assigned day works better for your family.

Once we have a report on how many students still need to turn in textbooks, we will schedule one or two make up dates for next week.  That information will be provided later this week.
