English Learner Advisory Committee
The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) is a team that is responsible for advising the principal and staff on programs and services for English learners, including the School Site Council on the development of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). Each California public school with 21 or more English learners must form an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC).
The SPSA identifies and addresses the instructional needs of students and determines how specific funds (categorical funding) is provided and utilized.
The ELAC meets once a month together and you are welcome to join! Our ELAC team keeps a record of meeting minutes and agendas below:

Each California public school district with 51 or more English learners must form a District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) unless the district designates for this purpose a subcommittee of an existing district wide advisory committee.
